Carp Particles UK hope that our products arrive in perfect condition and are to your liking. Packing our goods in house we ensure they are packed correctly, however we know that delivery accidents sometimes happen. If you have received any faulty or damaged goods then contact should be made to Carp Particles within 48hrs of receiving your order. After investigation into the issue we will aim to resolve your issue promptly and offer either a replacement or refund for the relevant goods.
If following the delivery of your shelf-life products you feel they are not suited to your needs, you must contact Carp Particles UK via email to Carp Particles within seven days of delivery. Any returned products must be returned in a saleable condition and damage free for a refund to be issued. Carp Particles do not offer any refunds on ordered frozen products unless faulty or damaged.
