UK Delivery
Carp Particles UK Ltd offers standard shipping to UK mainland with a delivery time of up to 5-7 working days after you place your order (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays). We always aim to complete your delivery within the specified timescale however sometimes delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Carp Particles UK Ltd are not liable for such delays or failure to deliver the products within these estimated timescales.
Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Ireland, and abroad may take longer to be delivered and are subject to different postage costs. Please make an enquiry via our contact page before placing an order for a personalised quote.
Delivery Addresses
If you order any item(s) from Carp Particles UK Ltd it is your responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide to us are correct. This includes your billing address, delivery address, email address and contact telephone numbers. It is not the responsibility of Carp Particles UK to correct the delivery address provided, and under The Data Protection Act we cannot amend your billing address details. We will ship your goods to the address you provide us at the point of sale. It is your responsibility to review all your details prior to confirming your order. Providing the items have not yet been dispatched to you, incorrect addresses may be able to be amended, providing the correct information is provided immediately however this is not guaranteed. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown during the ordering process and can be seen in the final details of your order before you confirm the order and make payment. Once your order is made, the price for delivery is confirmed and will not change.
To ensure that our products arrive in the best possible condition, our Shelf Life Buckets are sent in a box containing a maximum of two buckets. If more than two buckets are ordered they will be sent in more than one package. Depending on the size of your order your products may arrive in multiple packages. The cost for delivery is set irrespective of the amount of packages sent to you. Our chosen provider is DPD. Included in the charge for delivery is the facility to track your package(s). Providing you give an email address and/or mobile telephone number at the point of ordering this facility is available to you.
Our delivery charges are based on weight and are as follows:
- Up to 10KG £8.50
- Up to 20KG £12.00
- Up to 40KG £18.00
- Up to 60KG £25.00
- Up to 80KG £32.00
- Up to 100KG £39.00
Larger orders – please contact us prior to order and we can quote you the shipping for those items.
Shelf Life Particles
Please be aware that our shelf life products come in 2.5KG quantities. This is the weight for the particle and does not include our specialist particle preservative and the Pelletizer pouch. The overall weight for our Shelf-Life Buckets including this is 4.5-5KG.
Accepted or Rejected Deliveries
If the package has not been accepted and/or been rejected on delivery, the courier will charge Carp Particles UK for the return of the item. This return charge will be required to be paid by the customer before processing a redelivery.
If you notice any signs that the package has been tampered with or it arrives in an unacceptable condition you are requested not to accept the package. Please sign on the delivery note detailing what you noticed, for example, theft attempted, box open etc. This must be completed to allow for us to investigate further and issue you a replacement/credit where required.
Where you have issued special delivery instructions for the items to be left in a particular location once delivery has been made the items become your responsibility. Carp Particles UK Ltd will not be liable for any issues which arise with such products including any loss or damage to the products.
If the redeliver facility with DPD is utilised, meaning that the delivery date moves please be aware that Carp Particles UK Ltd is not liable for any spoilage to fresh products.
The risk of loss and/or damage of products passes to the customer when the products are delivered or when the first attempted delivery has taken place.
